I love Christmas. I love everything about it. It’s one reason why I haven’t moved to a warm climate. I like snow, Christmas trees, holiday movies, Christmas carols and caroling, Christmas books, and holiday websites, 7 Fun and Innovative Christmas Websites. So, I might be more than a little opinionated about Holiday marketing, whether you should decorate your website or not. However, I believe decorating your website for the holidays whether you’re a B2B (Business to Business) B2C (Business to Consumer) or NFP (Not for Profit), is not only acceptable—it’s good branding.

Is it Time to Decorate Your Website?
Historically B2C companies have done more to holodize (Is that a word? Well, it is now!) their websites. Unfortunately, too often it’s only to market products. Any organization, B2B, B2C, or NFP can decorate their website for the sole purpose of saying Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. I don’t know about you, but when I see a company do that it makes me happy, so happy in fact, I remember the company year round.
