There are many ways to make a New Year’s Eve party stand out. Food, beverages, entertainment, decorations, and venue to name a few. Who’s on the guest list is it friends, family, club, or co-workers? And what will the expectations of the attendees be? All these points are part of creating a successful event. However, there’s another often-overlooked key to hosting an exceptional New Year’s Eve bash, and that’s promotional products.

I know this is true because at TKO Marketing Solutions we’ve been asked about New Year’s promotional items on December 28th. Really? Do you think people wait until the last week in December to find a venue, invite guests, or order food?  Me neither. So, why not add advertising specialty products to the New Year’s Eve planning checklist? Here are a few ideas.

Glassware

How great would branded glassware look at your party? And, you can add names, dates, logos, and images to your specialty glassware. Champagne flutes, mugs, shot glasses, wine glasses, and glow in the dark cups are available in many price ranges and come in plastic or glass.

Accessories

You can add your name, date, company logo, or whatever you want to noisemakers (we need those for the countdown, right?), lapel pins, bubble dispensers, necklaces with medallions, glow sticks, and balloons, just to name a few.

Apparel

There are T-shirts, long-sleeved fleece crews, fancy vests, as well as headgear – caps, hats, and even top hats! And you can decorate it with your unique holiday logo.

Tableware

Branded tablecloths set with branded coasters, napkins, and utensils. Topped off with branded centerpieces. How cool would that look? Right?

Champagne

Not only champagne but beverages and food of almost any type are available as promotional products. And the champagne can be the real thing, but it doesn’t have to be. There are chocolate champagne bottles, others filled with cashews or pistachios, and fun stress reliever bottles.
